The mission of the Hispanic International Day Parade of Nevada, Inc. is to:

A. Organize a Hispanic International Day Parade on an annual basis on the second Saturday of the month of October.

B. Encourage representation from all 21 Hispanic/Latin countries to participate in the Hispanic International Day Parade and display each countries cultural difference tothe non-Hispanic community in Nevada.

 

C. Increase Parade participation by promoting understanding and acceptability of the culture of the people from other countries residing in the United States such as the Philippines, Portugal, Italy, others within the community.

 

 

D. Encourage parade participants to take pride and pass on their inherent cultural roots and promote its continuity among the young and older families and individuals.

The Parade Committee invites the community at large to join them in promoting the many colorful cultures that make up the "melting pot" in the great state of the Nevada.
